How long does shipping take?

Orders are fulfilled from Amazon's US warehouses. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited options are shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we serve customers in the United States. For international or bulk orders, please contact wholesale@avimolife.com.

How can I track my order?

Products

What size burial bag should I choose?

Our burial bags come in five sizes. As a general guide: XS for pets under 5 lb, S for 5-10 lb, M for 10-20 lb, L for 20-50 lb, and XL for 50-100 lb. Full dimensions are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are the burial bags leakproof?

Yes. Our bags are made with a durable, leakproof lining designed to keep the resting place clean and dignified during transport and burial.

Is the PLA urn biodegradable?

Yes. Our urns are crafted from plant-based PLA material. When buried, they will naturally biodegrade over time, returning gently to the earth. Indoors, they remain stable and beautiful for years of display.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Given the sensitive nature of our products, please contact us first at support@avimolife.com and we will make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry. Please email a photo of the damaged item to support@avimolife.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
