Return & Refund Policy

At AVIMO, we understand that our products are often purchased during difficult times. We want the process to be as gentle and worry-free as possible.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@avimolife.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., burial bags or urns that have been in contact with a pet)
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders
