Shipping policy
AVIMO currently ships to eligible addresses throughout the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our U.S. fulfillment network so they can reach you as quickly as possible—because we understand that timing matters.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods or if additional address verification is required.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Standard Shipping — Estimated 3–5 business days
- FREE for orders of $35 or more
- $8.00 for orders under $35
Express Shipping — Estimated 1–2 business days
- $15.00 per order
Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, inventory availability, and destination restrictions may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Express shipping may not be available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or certain remote locations.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional delivery time. Available shipping methods will be shown during checkout.
For shipping inquiries outside the United States, please contact support@avimolife.com before placing an order.
Wholesale and Bulk Shipping
Veterinary clinics, pet crematoriums, shelters, and other professional organizations may qualify for case-pack or bulk shipping options.
