AVIMO products, including pet aftercare bags, transport bags, memorial urns, keepsakes, and related products, are intended exclusively for lawful pet aftercare and memorial purposes.

Product photographs, colors, measurements, weight recommendations, packaging, and other specifications are provided for general reference. Slight variations may occur due to manufacturing, lighting, display settings, or product updates.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide and selecting a product suitable for your pet and intended use.

Any burial, cremation, transportation, or other aftercare use must comply with applicable local laws, environmental requirements, and the policies of the relevant veterinary clinic, crematorium, cemetery, or aftercare provider. Do not place any product in a cremation chamber unless the facility has expressly confirmed that the product is suitable.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Inventory shortages;
Shipping restrictions;
An incomplete or inaccurate delivery address; or
Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the order is confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

To request a return, contact support@avimolife.com within 30 days after delivery. Do not return a product without receiving prior authorization and return instructions.

Products generally must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet aftercare products may not be eligible for return, except where required by law.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide the order number and supporting photographs.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. Professional and Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing, samples, recurring orders, professional purchasing arrangements, and other business-to-business services may be subject to separate written terms.

Veterinary clinics, pet crematoriums, shelters, distributors, and other professional organizations may contact wholesale@avimolife.com for more information.

If separate professional or wholesale terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written terms will govern the relevant transaction.

Our website and order-processing operations may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and shipping carriers.
